The Black Skull is an untradable level 55 Rare Helmet obtainable during the annual Festival of the Spirits, which most recently ran from 13th October through 5th November, 2023. It can be purchased from the Armour Merchant in The Beyond or the Assistant Mask Merchant in Detlas for 2
Spiritual Shards, the condensed reward currency from the Banish the Beyond minigame available during the festival.

The Black Skull can also be purchased from the Armour Merchant on the Isles of Fiction year-round, for 45
Emerald Blocks.
