Obtaining
Doom Stone can be obtained by defeating various mobs found in the Toxic Wastes. It can also be found in Loot Chests.
The following mobs can drop Doom Stone:
- Aberrated Lutho Citizen
- Atomic Gunk
- Green Foot (Mob)
- Larbonic Canker
- Mutated Lutho Citizen
- Pathogenesis
- Poison Tendril
- Spewer
- Toxitack
- Toxxulous Ripper
Usage
Doom Stone can be sold at a Blacksmith or from your Ingredient Pouch in exchange for Emeralds. It can also be traded to other players via the Trade Market or personal trading.

Doom Stone can be used in the Tailoring and Jeweling professions to grant extra effectiveness to 2 other ingredients at the cost of nullifying the ingredient to the left or right of it. It also has a steep durability penalty.
Similar to Decaying Heart, Doom Stone also increases the effectiveness of other ingredients while lowering those nearby. You can place ingredients with positive durability into slots where Doom Stone would nullify their identifications, since durability is not affected by ingredient effectiveness.
