The Eternal Bloom is a miniboss summoned by the Time Trouble found at -192, 67, -1324.
Combat
The Eternal Bloom initially appears as a Time Trouble. If it was already defeated in the past 24 hours, then it will remain dormant. Otherwise, it will spawn the miniboss.
It is a ranged enemy that will fire rounds of projectiles in rapid succession before taking a break between rounds.
It has two abilities: Arrow Storm and Heal. Arrow Storm will cause a few streams of projectiles to be fired from the mob. Heal will heal the mob.
It is weak to ✽ Water and deals damage in ✤ Earth and ✹ Fire.
It has complete CCI.
Drops
The Eternal Bloom will drop a Time Fragment when it is killed that is instantly placed in the player's inventory.

The Eternal Bloom appears on the outskirts of Time Valley from the Time Trouble found at -192, 67, -1324.
