Dwarven Excavators are level 110 Hostile Mobs that can be encountered during the Molten Heights Hike Lootrun.

Combat

Dwarven Excavators are large, fast, and extremely tanky melee enemies that charge in straight lines towards the player and deal damage by coming into contact with them. Like other lootrunning mobs, they will gain more health and attack damage with each successive challenge.

Dwarven Excavators take reduced damage from ✹ Fire attacks and more damage from ✽ Water attacks.

Dwarven Excavators will periodically use the Charge ability, rapidly launching themselves towards the player. Additionally, they have the unique characteristic that whenever they deal damage, the player will be "hitstunned" and pushed forward by the Excavator, taking additional hits in quick succession. Due to their tankiness, high mobility, and this Hitstun Drill ability, a Dwarven Excavator can be a serious distraction, allowing fodder mobs to attack the objective while it attacks the player.

Drops

Dwarven Excavators cannot drop anything.

Location

Dwarven Excavators are found at the Rare Dragon Bone, a defend objective northeast of Rodoroc that can be encountered during Molten Heights Hike Lootruns. Alongside the multiple waves of Shady Archaeologists, Dwarf Mercenaries, and Black Market Smugglers, a single Dwarven Excavator spawns around 20 seconds into the challenge, attacking the player. It will generally be practically impossible to kill, and must be fought around.
