Swarm Drones are level 85 Hostile Mobs that can be encountered during the Molten Heights Hike Lootrun.
Combat
Swarm Drones are flying melee enemies that follow the player and deal damage by coming into contact with them. They are unaffected by gravity, and will hover at the altitude at which they spawn. Like other lootrunning mobs, they will gain more health and attack damage with each successive challenge.
Swarm Drones deal ✹ Fire damage with their attacks, and take reduced damage from ✹ Fire and ❋ Air attacks.
Swarm Drones are immune to Knockback. They will periodically use the Flamethrower ability, creating a cloud of fire that deals rapid damage to the player if caught inside.
Drops
Swarm Drones cannot drop anything.
Location
Swarm Drones are found at the Pyreant Anthill, a destroy objective on the road into the Lower Molten Heights north of Rodoroc that can be encountered during Molten Heights Hike Lootruns. Large numbers of Swarm Drones will be rapidly spawned by the anthill that serves as the challenge objective whenever the player attempts to camp in a high-altitude safespot nearby; they will disappear when they return to ground level.
