A Burning Memory is a World Event found on the Great Bridge. It is a scaled rematch against the Bane of the Great Bridge, who can also be refought with his base stats by interacting with a sooty corpse beneath the Great Bridge.

Event

To successfully complete the World Event, the level 60 miniboss ???, Bane of the Great Bridge must be slain within 8 minutes.

6 waves of enemies will be spawned throughout the event. The waves are as follows:

Rewards

Upon completion, A Burning Memory awards 25,000 combat XP. The reward chest will also contain
Emeralds and
Emerald Blocks, Potions, various level 50-70 Unidentified Items and Crafting Ingredients,
Az Runes,
Undergrowth Ruins Keys, and
Galleon's Graveyard Keys.

A Burning Memory is one of several World Events that can drop the items
Living Slime,
Molten Fleshmass,
Omnia Mors,
Terminal Velocity,
Carnage Agglomerate,
Infernus Aeterna, and
Blighted Seraph. Additionally, the exclusive items
Crumbling Foundation,
Isostatic Rebound,
Singed Regrets, and
Stronghold, and the ingredient
Tattered Magic Cloth, can only be obtained as rewards from this event.
