Flowering Panoptes are level 101 Hostile Mobs that can be encountered during the Silent Expanse Expedition Lootrun.
Combat
Flowering Panoptes are melee enemies that jump towards their target and deal damage by coming into contact with them. Like other lootrunning mobs, they will gain more health and attack damage with each successive challenge.
Flowering Panoptes take reduced damage from all ✹ Fire, ❋ Air, and ✽ Water attacks.
Drops
Flowering Panoptes cannot drop anything.
Location
Flowering Panoptes are found at the Spire of Eyes, a destroy objective in the Eyeball Forest that can be encountered during Silent Expanse Expedition Lootruns. They will spawn continuously until the challenge objective is destroyed alongside numerous Pterygium Blooms, and less common Scions and Guranas.

- According to Builder Deusphage, the Flowering Panoptes is "a more bark-like kin of the Blinder. Porous, with larger holes carving tunnels through its body. From its tissue, alluring blossoms grow."
