Starlight Witnesses are level 110 Hostile Mobs that can be encountered during the Silent Expanse Expedition Lootrun.

Combat

Starlight Witnesses are melee enemies that follow the player and deal damage by coming into contact with them; they are similar to Lost Eyefolk, but have more health. Like other lootrunning mobs, they will gain more health and attack damage with each successive challenge.

Starlight Witnesses take reduced damage from all ✹ Fire, ✽ Water, and ✦ Thunder attacks.

Drops

Starlight Witnesses cannot drop anything.

Location

Starlight Witnesses are found at the False Respite, a slay target objective in the Void Valley that can be encountered during Silent Expanse Expedition Lootruns. A total of fifteen Starlight Witness spawn over the course of four waves during the challenge, alongside numerous Lost Eyefolk. The boss of the challenge, the Exemplar, spawns in the second wave, and any surviving fodder mobs will disappear after it is defeated.

Trivia

  • Starlight Witnesses are similar to Nocturnal Witnesses, another kind of Eyefolk found in the Blueshift Archipelago.
  • According to Builder Deusphage, the Starlight Witness is "a reject of the Archipelago. Their eyes are focused upon the stars above, awaiting some change to come about the cosmos."
    • Starlight Witnesses and Lost Eyefolk alike are fanatic worshippers of their 'god', the Exemplar, after all of them were cast to the Void.
