Lesionaries are level 104 Hostile Mobs that can be encountered during the Silent Expanse Expedition Lootrun.
Combat
Lesionaries are melee enemies that follow their target and deal damage by coming into contact with them. While they attack, they will periodically stop moving for a few seconds before returning to chasing their target. Like other lootrunning mobs, they will gain more health and attack damage with each successive challenge.
Lesionaries deal ✹ Fire damage with their attacks.
Drops
Lesionaries cannot drop anything.
Location
Lesionaries are found at the Melting Architecture, a defend objective in the Toxic Wastes that can be encountered during Silent Expanse Expedition Lootruns. During the challenge, they spawn alongside Lesionary Sacrificers and Parsons, as well as the rarer Terra-Tomas, attacking the Vestige of the Obelisk which must be defended as well as the player.

- The word "lesionary" is a portmanteau of the words "lesion", meaning tissue damage, and "legionary", a type of soldier.
- According to Builder Deusphage, Lesionaries are "formed of revolting, cancerous matter. Bilious abscesses glow a sinister green from within the dark recesses of their body."
