Guranas are level 110 Hostile Mobs that can be encountered during the Silent Expanse Expedition Lootrun.
Combat
Guranas are large, tanky melee enemies that jump towards their target and deal damage by coming into contact with them. Like other lootrunning mobs, they will gain more health and attack damage with each successive challenge.
Guranas deal ✹ Fire and ✤ Earth damage with their attacks, but take increased damage from ❋ Air attacks.
Guranas are immune to Knockback. They will occasionally use the Heavy Charge ability, leaping towards the player and exploding and dealing damage where they land, as well as the Heavy Explode ability, dealing massive damage in an area around themselves. Their abilities hit hard and can damage the player in a very large area, even in otherwise-safe spots, making them a major threat.

Location
Guranas are found at the Spire of Eyes, a destroy objective in the Eyeball Forest that can be encountered during Silent Expanse Expedition Lootruns. They will spawn occasionally until the challenge objective is destroyed, although only one at a time, alongside the weaker and more numerous Flowering Panoptes, Pterygium Blooms, and Scions.

Trivia
- Guranas are named after guaraná, a plant native to the Amazon river basin which is in turn named for its fruit's resemblance to eyeballs.
- Guranas are one of only two known lootrun mobs with ingredient drops, the other being the Terra-Toma.
- According to Builder Deusphage, the Gurana is "a grotesque mutation. The line between plant and animal is blurred. Named after and composed of a tropical plant resembling eyeballs. Has multiple brains subjoined together."
