Rare Items

Rare Items are a tier of Weapons, Armour, and Accessories distinguished by a purple name tag. They are rarer than Normal and Unique Items but more common than Legendary, Fabled, and Mythic Items, and are the second-lowest tier of items that must be Identified before use. Although their Identifications are generally weaker than Legendary items of a similar level, many Rare items have specific gimmicks that may make them preferable over high-tier items for particular situations, builds, or playstyles.

Rare items can be obtained from most sources in the game, including mob drops and Loot Chests around their level, town merchants, Quest rewards, Dungeons, World Events, Boss Altars, and Lootrunning.

Rare Weapons

As of Version 2.1 Hotfix #4, there are currently 97 Rare Spears, 95 Rare Bows, 94 Rare Wands, 98 Rare Daggers, and 84 Rare Reliks. For a list of all Rare weapons, see Rare Items/Weapons.

Rare Armour
